Hello, my name is Patricia Owens and I am a member of the Social Studies Department. This year my teaching assignments include US History and Law. I am excited to be sharing my many experiences in history as it has unfolded in my life as well as stories I have heard from older family members. Both history and law are exciting areas to teach in because history changes constantly and each of us is a part of history in the making. Also because your son or daughter is out and about constantly it is important for them to know about driving laws and various protections they can seek when faced with danger. I am delighted that your son or daughter is a member of one of my classes and I know we will have a successful semester or year. |
